Fixing accelarator for active stainning RY-295
Introduction
Suitable for dyeing pure cotton, viscose and their blended fabrics with reactive dyes.
Characteristics
Suitable for one-bath soaping process for dyeing cotton, rayon, polyester-cotton blends and other reactive dyes.
It can be used for extremely dark colors (red, black) and sensitive colors, and the fastness after treatment is better than ordinary high-temperature soaping.
There is no need to soap after dyeing. After neutralizing the acid, boil hot water at 80℃-85℃x20 minutes. Wash and fix the color.
It effectively avoids creases caused by high-temperature soaping, reduces dyelot chromatism rate, and improves dyeing stability.
Significantly improve water quality.
Compared with conventional process water, it saves 4-7 cylinders of water and saves a lot of costs such as water, electricity, steam, and time.

4. Reactive dye dosage 3.0～5.0%
