Sodium hydrosulfite substitute RY-320
Introduction
Suitable for reduction cleaning and light stripping of polyester fibers and color stripping of cotton.
Characteristics
Compared with the traditional sodium hyfrosulfite process, it can save 1-3 cylinders of water, acid neutralization process and water washing time.
The washed fabric has good color fastness.
The COD value of the residual liquid after cleaning can be reduced to more than 40%, and it is easy to degrade.
The cleaning residue can be recycled and used to dye the same color or darker colors without affecting the color light, color depth and color fastness of the dyeing.
[Carbon Emission] Compared with sodium hydrosulfite for Reduction cleaning, RY-3207 reduces carbon emissions by about 600kg/1000kg cloth.

Composition：Inorganic reducing agents and special surfactant compounds
Appearance：White powder or granular form
pH value：6.0~7.0 (1% aqueous solution)
Solubility：Soluble in water
Application
Recommended dosage：Reduction cleaning: 1.0~2.0g/L
Light peeling and stripping color: 4.0～7.0g/L, HAc0.5-1.0g/L
Recommended process：Reduction cleaning: 85~90℃×20min
(Do not drain the liquid after dyeing. Add it directly or adjust the pH value of the cleaning solution to 4.5~5.5 after draining.)
Turquoise blue and brilliant blue cleaning process: 75-80℃×20-30min
Light peeling and stripping color: 100～135℃×30～60min
Recommended pH value：4.5～5.5
