Reducing powder RY-234
Introduction
Suitable for reduction cleaning and light stripping of polyester fibers and color stripping of cotton. Complete replacement of sodium hyfrosulfite, environmentally friendly, safe and stable.
Characteristics
It is suitable for cleaning polyester, acetate and other disperse dyes after dyeing, and can effectively remove unfixed disperse dyes on the fibers.
An eco-friendly alternative to sodium hydrosulfite. No pungent odor is produced during use, eliminating safety hazards such as sodium hydrosulfite burning when exposed to water and dust flying.
The washed fabric has good color fastness.
The COD value of the residual liquid after cleaning can be reduced to more than 30%, and it is easy to degrade.
Environmentally friendly product, safe storage, good stability, environmentally friendly.
[Carbon Emission] Compared with sodium hydrosulfite reduction cleaning, RY-234 reduces carbon emissions by about 300kg/1000kg cloth.

Recommended process：Reduction cleaning：85~90℃×20min
Light peeling and stripping color: cotton：100℃×30～40min
Polyester：120～135℃×30～60min
Recommended pH value：11.0~12.0
