High temperature leveling agent RY-210C
Introduction
Suitable for uniform dyeing and transfer dyeing of polyester, acetate fibers and their blended fabrics.
Characteristics
Excellent dye retardant and dye migration agent, which can effectively and evenly control the rapid dyeing rate of dyes in the early stage of dyeing.
Excellent high temperature dispersion performance to prevent thermal aggregation of disperse dyes.
Gives fabrics a bright color and prevents stains and other dyeing defects.
Low foaming properties to prevent defects caused by foam.
PET/WOOL blended dyeing can produce deep and bright hues.
For polyester dyeing, the dyeing temperature can be increased by 0.5℃.

Application
Recommended dosage：Leveling agent: (1 open 3~4) 1.0~2.0g/L
Repair agent: 1.5~3.0g/L
Recommended process：Leveling agent: (same as polyester dyeing) 125~135℃×30~60min
Repair agent: 135℃×40~60min
Recommended pH value：Polyester dyeing pH value 3.5-4.5
