High temperature leveling agent RY-210B
Introduction
Suitable for uniform dyeing and transfer dyeing of polyester, acetate fibers, and their blended fabrics.
Characteristics
Excellent dye retardation and dye migration properties, effectively and evenly controlling the dye quick dyeing rate in the early stage of dyeing.
Excellent high temperature dispersion performance to prevent thermal aggregation of disperse dyes.
Gives fabrics a bright color and prevents stains and other dyeing defects.
Low foaming properties to prevent defects caused by foam.
PET/WOOL blended dyeing can produce deep and bright hues.

Application
Recommended dosage：leveling agent: (the ratio of auxiliary to water is 1:5) 1.0~2.0g/L
Repair agent: 1.5~2.0g/L
Recommended process：Leveling agent: 125~135℃×30~60min (same as polyester dyeing)
Repair agent: 135℃×40~60min
Recommended pH value：Polyester dyeing pH value
