Counterstaining agent RY-N817
Introduction
Suitable for cotton knitted fabrics, modal, nylon, polyester and other over-fixing agent, soft oil after the direct addition of color or color change.
Characteristics
Cotton knitted fabric, modal, nylon, polyester, etc. after fixing agent and soft oil, if want to add color or change color, don't need to fade fixing agent and soft oil, and dye directly.
After the waterproofing agent and resin, the resin can be dyed directly without the waterproofing agent, and the resin can be treated with a counter dyeing agent.
After the medium-light cotton fabric has been passed through silicone oil and fixing agent, if colored flowers appear, it can be directly dyed with reactive black or sulfide black.
Chemical fiber fabrics are shaped with silicone oil in the same bath, feel enhanced, more stable before and after.It can help dyeing and dissolving of macromolecular dyes (such as cobalt blue, turquoise blue, etc.), reducing the probability of flower cloth.

Application
1. cotton fabric soft oil, fixing agent after adding color or color change process
Complex agent 1.0-2.0% (o.w.f)
HAc 0.1-0.2g/L(pH 6.5)
Chelating Disperse Agent 0.5-1.0g/L
Note: Modal recommends using it on an overflow dyeing machine to avoid color blooming and reduced strength.
2. Process after using waterproofing agent and resin
Counterstaining Agent 2.0-3.0%(o.w.f, recommended on overflow dyeing machine)
HAc 0.1-0.2g/L(pH 6.5)
Chelating Disperse Agent 0.5-1.0g/L
3. Cotton Knitted Fabric Overweight Silicone Oil After Changing Sulfurized Black Process
Counterstaining Agent 2.0-3.0%(o.w.f, recommended on overflow dyeing machine)
HAc 2.0-3.0%(o.w.f, recommended for use on overflow dyeing machines)
Chelating Disperse Agent 0.5-1.0g/L
4. cotton cloth, modal fiber, bamboo fiber and other medium dark color free oil salt alkali mixing process
Counterstaining Agent 0.5-0.8%(normal color)
0.8-1.0%(sensitive color)
Note: The counterstain has emulsifying and dispersing properties, as well as good retarding properties.
5. The color-adding or color-changing process of nylon after using acidic color-fixing agent or waterproofing agent (silicone oil)

At normal temperature, the pH value is about 6.5-6.8. Under the condition of adding a Counterstaining Agent and running for 15 minutes, the dye can be added for direct dyeing.
B. disperse dye Counterstaining Agent: 1.5-2.0%(o.w.f)

High temperature leveling agent: 1.0g/L
Acetic acid: 0.5-1.0g/L
At room temperature, HAc is added first, then the Counterstaining Agent is added and the disperse dye is added after 15 minutes of operation.
C. acid dye Counterstaining Agent 1.5-2.0%(o.w.f)

Acid levelling agent: 1.0g/L
Acetic acid: 0.5-1.0g/L
At room temperature, HAc is added first, then the Counterstaining Agent is added and the acid dye is added after 15 minutes of operation.
Note: The Counterstaining Agent helps to dye macromolecules (such as cobalt blue, turquoise blue, etc.).
