Introduction
It is suitable for pre-cylinder and shaping processing of pure cotton, polyester and polyester-cotton fabrics to improve the color fastness of the fabrics.
Characteristics
Significantly improve the color fastness of the fabric, providing a solution for the boiling water fastness of pure cotton, polyester and polyester-cotton fabrics with washing powder.
It can be applied to the process of dipping, padding and setting.
With non-ionic, weak cationic or cationic silicone oil, softener, etc. can be the same bath.
The effect on the color of the fabric is small.
In line with environmental performance, free of formaldehyde, APEO, OP, NP and EU REACH restricted substances of concern.

Application
Recommended dosage: Dipping: 1.0~2.0% (o.w.f.)
Padding: 20~50g/L
Recommended process: Dipping: 40~60 ℃ × 20min → Dewatering drying
Padding: once impregnation once squeezing → shaping (130~170℃)
Recommended pH 5.0~7.0
