Polyester-cotton one-bath reducing soaping agent RY-215
Introduction
Suitable for polyester/cotton, polyester/viscose blended fabric dispersion/reactive dye dyeing after the reduction of cleaning and soaping one bath process auxiliary.
Characteristics
It is used for one-bath soap washing after disperse/reactive dye dyeing of polyester-cotton blended fabrics.
There is no need for reduction cleaning after dyeing and washing, which shortens the process flow.
It has excellent cleaning and dispersing effect on dye floating color, and has excellent anti-returning ability on the reattachment of shed dye.
Improve color fastness to rubbing and soaping.
The application effect is stable and easy to store.
Low carbon environmental protection, energy saving and emission reduction. Soaping wastewater COD value can be reduced by more than 20%.
Solvent free, environmentally friendly.
[Carbon Emission] Compared with the conventional two-bath two-step process of cleaning and soaping polyester-cotton fabric, it RY-215 reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 600kg/1000kg cloth.

Recommended dosage 1.0~2.0g/L
Recommended process: 85~90 ℃ × 20min → 70 ℃ × 10min hot washing→ normal temperature washing
