Polyester fixing agent RY-582
Introduction
It is suitable for improving the color fastness of polyester fibers before leaving the vat and after setting, and improves the fabric's fastness to washing powder and boiling water.
Characteristics
Significantly improves the color fastness of polyester fabrics. Provide a solution for the color fastness of polyester fabrics soaked in washing powder and boiling water.
It can improve the color fastness of polyester fabrics to soaping and sublimation after color fixation.
It can be used as an equivalent bath with non-ionic, weakly cationic or cationic silicone oil and softeners.
It has no effect on the color and light of the fabric.
Complying with environmental protection performance, it does not contain formaldehyde, APEO, OP, NP and EU REACH restricted substances of concern.

Application
Recommended dosage：dipping：1.0～2.0% （o.w.f.）
padding：20～30g/L
Recommended process：dipping：40～60℃×20min
padding: once impregnation once squeezing →shaping (130~180℃)
