Introduction
Suitable for cotton fiber scouring, bleaching, reactive dyeing alkali agent.
Characteristics
It is suitable for fixing color when dyeing with reactive dyes to replace sodium carbonate (soda ash).
It is suitable for the alkali agent in the scouring and bleaching of pure cotton fiber.
Less dosage, high total alkali. Under the premise of ensuring the dyeing depth, the dosage is only 1/6~1/7 of soda ash.
Strong buffer capacity. The dye solution can be added at one time to maintain a stable pH value from the beginning.
Good leveling and reproducibility.
Suitable for all kinds of dyeing equipment and process.

Application
Reactive dyeing 0.8-4.0% (o.w.f, please pre-add soda ash 2g/L for field use, and confirm it before laboratory test)
Kier-boiling agent: 1.0g/L
Y-8:1.5-2.0g/L
Penetrant agent: 1.0g/L
98 ℃ × 50min → hot washing→acid neutralization → water washing
Hydrogen peroxide:6.0-8.0g/L
Scouring agent: 1.0g/L
Y-8: 1.5-2.0g/L
