Application
Acidic polishing enzyme RY-904A 0.2-1.5%(o.w.f)
Liquor ratio 1:5-20
pH value 4.5-5.0 (optimal pH: 4.5-5.0, if it is not within this range, it can be adjusted with HAc)
Temperature/time 55 ℃× 50min
Inactivation treatment of soda ash 2g/L,80 ℃ × 15min (or 85 ℃ hot water treatment for 15min)→ washing clean
Attention
1, should be based on different fabric varieties and dosage of the sample test in advance to determine the appropriate dosage.
2. In order to ensure the polishing effect, adjust the working bath to the specified temperature before adding the polishing enzyme.
3.After the polishing effect is confirmed, it should be deactivation treatment immediately to avoid excessive loss of fiber strength caused by too long polishing time.
4.This product requires the use of a separate material spoon. If the opened product is not used up, please seal it and store it.

Shelf life of 6 months (stored in a cool, dry, ventilated place, avoid the sun, heat, moisture, storage below 25 ℃)
