Introduction
Used for dyeing yarn on cones and hank yarn, it can reduce the white core phenomenon caused by the difference between inner and outer layers and improve dyeing levelness and dye-through.
Characteristics
Excellent fast wetting and penetration under acidic and low alkaline conditions.
It is used for dyeing cheese yarn and skein yarn, which can reduce the white core phenomenon of inner and outer layer difference, and improve dyeing levelness and dye penetration.
When used in continuous dyeing, it can improve the dyeing penetration and reduce the white core phenomenon.
Used in after-treatment and soft finishing to prevent silicone oil from sticking to the roller and improve the liquid carrying capacity of the fabric.

Application
Conventional scouring and bleaching: penetranting agent RY-233: 0.5-1.0g/L
NaOH(100%) ：1.0-2.0g/L
H202(27.5%) ：3.0-6.0g/L
985 ℃× 60min → washing clean → acid neutralization
Finishing hydrophilic: penetranting agent RY-233: 10-25g/L
Padding → drying → shaping 140-220 ℃ × 20-50 m/min
Use penetranting agent alone in the same bath: 1.0-2.0g/L
