Powerful degreasing agent RY-108A
Introduction
Pre-treatment of various fabrics, degreasing in the same bath dyeing, especially suitable for open-width water washing and degreasing of nylon-ammonium and polyester-ammonium fabric raw materials.
Characteristics
It is suitable for degreasing various fibers, especially for pre-treatment degreasing of polyester ammonia and nylon ammonia in open-width washing.
Super emulsifying and dispersing performance to prevent oil from returning to the cloth surface and cylinder wall.
Excellent oil removal function, very low foam.
It has good anti-re-staining effect and can effectively reduce the occurrence of white spots after dyeing.
It has good migration and dyeing auxiliary properties and has little influence on color light.

Application
Pre-teatment process: Powerful degreasing agent RY-108A: 0.3-2.0g/L
Chelating disperse agent RY-216A: 1.0-2.0g/L
Soda ash/liquid caustic soda: 1.0-2.0g/L (as the case may be)
Process: 80 ℃-95 ℃ × 20-40min → water washing and acid neutralization
Bleaching and degreasing in the same bath process: Powerful degreasing agent RY-108A: 0.3-1.5g/L
NaoH((solid):0.5-2.0g/L
H2O2（27.5%）：1.0g/L
Hydrogen peroxide stabilizer: RY-020:1.0g/L
Process: 98 ℃ × 50min → water washing, acid neutralization
Dyeing and degreasing in the same bath process: Powerful degreasing agent RY-108A: 0.3-1.5g/L
Disperse dyes: X %(o.w.f)
Levelling agent: 1.0-2.0g/L
98% HAc: 0.3 ml/L
Process: 130 ℃× 30 min→water washing
