Application
Pectinase RY-910 0.2-1.5%(o.w.f)
liquor ratio: 1:5-20
pH value: 4.5-5.0(pH：4.5-5.0，adjusted with HAc)
Temperature/time 55 ℃× 50min
Deactivation treatment: Soda ash 2g/L, 80℃×15min (or 85℃ hot water treatment for 15min) → wash cleaning
Precautions should be based on different fabric varieties in advance of the sample test, to determine the appropriate amount.
In order to ensure the polishing effect, the actual operation first adjust the working bath to the specified temperature before adding polishing enzyme
After the polishing effect is confirmed, the deactivation treatment should be carried out immediately to avoid the decrease of fiber strength caused by too long time
Use a separate material spoon to use this product. If the opened product is not used up, please seal it and store it.
