Multifunctional kierboiling agent RY-055
Introduction
Suitable for kierboiling and penetranting various natural fibers, synthetic fibers and their blended woven fabrics.
Characteristics
Has good wetting capabilities and excellent emulsifying and kierboiling effects in all temperature ranges.
It can be used as a scouring agent for pre-treatment and kierboiling effect before reactive dyeing and printing.
It has rapid penetration ability, strong oil and impurity removal functions, and the kierboiling fabric has excellent whiteness.
Resistant to hard water, acid, alkali, oxidant and reducing bleach, excellent biodegradability.

Application
Conventional kierboiling and bleaching RY-055:0.5-1.0g/L
NaOH(100%)：1.0-2.0g/L
H202(27.5%)：3.0-6.0g/L
Hydrogen peroxide stabilizer RY-020:1.0g/L
liquor ratio: 1:10 2 ℃/min, 85-95 ℃ × 30-45min → water washing
Finishing hydrophilic RY-055:10-25g/L
Padding → drying → shaping 140-220 ℃ × 20-50 m/min
H2O2（27.5%）：3.0-8.0g/L
The same as the kierboiling penetranting agent: 1.0-2.0g/L

Shelf life of 6 months (stored in a cool, dry, ventilated place, avoid the sun, heat, humidity)
