Fluffy Silicone Oil Emulsion RY-8098
Introduction
This product is commonly used in the soft finishing of cotton, chemical fiber fabrics and various blended fabrics; especially suitable for velvet hand finishing, with a soft skin-friendly feeling.

Gives the fabric a super fluffy, full hand style and has good smoothness and resilience.

The product has good compatibility and can be used in combination with other silicone oil softeners.
It has good high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, shear resistance, non-floating oil, non-stick roller.
No yellowing, and no negative impact on the color and color fastness of colored fabrics.

Application
Recommended amount of 1.0~5.0 (depending on the specific fabric and customer requirements)

Recommended process: Padding method: RY-8098 depends on the specific fabric, drying, shaping 120-180 ℃ × 30-90 seconds
Dipping method: RY-8098 depends on the specific fabric and fiber, temperature 30-40 ℃ × 20 min, dehydration, drying
Storage
Shelf life of 6 months (stored in a cool, dry, ventilated place, avoid the sun, heat, humidity)
