Introduction
It is suitable for the hydrophilic and soft finishing of cotton and its blended fabrics, especially for the soft anti-wrinkle finishing of the same bath process of scouring and dyeing.
Characteristics
Super stability, strong acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, strong electrolyte resistance, good compatibility with brighteners, leveling agents, soaping agents and other additives.
Good hydrophilicity and washability, feel soft and comfortable, effectively prevent the fabric in the dyeing of scratches and extrusion creases.
The pre-treatment and dyeing bath are stable in use, greatly compressing the treatment process, improving production efficiency and reducing processing costs.
Low yellowing, suitable for white and light colored fabrics.
This product is non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-combustible non-dangerous goods, does not contain formaldehyde, APEO, environmental protection products.

Application
Recommended dosage 0.5 ~ 3%(o.w.f)

Recommended process: First add the Scouring and dyeing same bath crease-resist softener RY-5062 to the dyeing vat and run it below 50°C for 10 to 20 minutes → add dyes and other auxiliaries, run it at 50°C for 10 minutes → heat up the dyeing
Padding: once impregnation once squeezing or twice impregnation twicee squeezing, with liquid carrying rate of 70-85%, drying and setting at 120-190 ℃ × 30-90 seconds
Storage
Shelf life of 6 months (stored in a cool, dry, ventilated place, avoid the sun, heat, humidity)
