Neutral soaping agent RY-280
Introduction
It is suitable for improving the color fastness of pure cotton and its blended fabrics after dyeing with reactive dyes, direct dyes, etc.
Characteristics
Low dosage, excellent dispersion, cleaning, and anti backsticking ability.
Excellent and effective removal of dye floating on the fabric, improving the color fastness of the fabric.
After soap washing, the amount of water used is small, and the residual liquid is easy to clear.
Suitable for soap washing processing of various equipment.
[Carbon Emission] Compared with conventional soaping agents, RY-280 reduces carbon dioxide emissions by 150kg/1000kg cloth.

Application
Dosage：0.2~0.8% (o.w.f, total reactive dye dosage 1/10)
75℃-90℃×20min→wash at normal temperature→hot wash→wash at normal temperature
Before soaping, please ensure that the pH value of the cloth is neutral 6.5-7.0
When fixing, use Water-saving fixing agent for cotton RY-868 to achieve better water-saving effect and better color fastness.
Store
Storage 6 Months (stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place, away from sunlight, heat and moisture. The stacking height during warehouse storage shall not exceed 10 bags)
