Water-saving reducing agent RY-319A
Introduction
It is a substance that can be used for reduction cleaning, lightening or color stripping in an acidic bath. It is environmentally friendly, safe and easily degradable. bluesign certified products, ZDHC certified products.
Characteristics
Compared with the sodium hydrosulfite reduction cleaning process, it saves 1-3 cylinders of water and saves the time of the acid neutralization process and water washing.
The washed fabric has good color fastness
No effect on color light.
The COD value of the residual liquid after cleaning can be reduced to more than 40%, and it is easy to degrade.
The cleaning residue can be recycled and used to dye the same color or darker colors without affecting the color light, color depth and color fastness of the dyeing.
[Carbon Emission] Compared with sodium hydrosulfite for reduction cleaning, RY-319A reduces carbon emissions by about 600kg/1000kg cloth.

Application
Polyester fabric：Reduction cleaning：0.5~2.0g/L（When applied to bright colored or polyester ammonia fabrics, add 0.5-1.0g/L of soda ash during washing）
85~90℃ × 20min→clean (Do not drain the liquid after dyeing, add it directly; or adjust the pH value of the cleaning solution to 4.5~5.5 after draining)
turquoise blue and cobalt blue cleaning process：75-80℃ × 20-30min→Wash
Light peeling and stripping color：4.0 ～7.0g/L，HAc 0.5-1.0g/L
120～135℃×30～60min→Hot washing → water washing → acid neutralization
Pure cotton fabric：Stripping：4.0～7.0g/L，HAc 0.5-1.0g/L
100℃×30～40min→Hot washing → water washing → mild oxygen bleaching → water washing → deoxygenation → acid neutralization
Store
Storage 6 Months (stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place, away from sunlight, heat and moisture. The stacking height during warehouse storage shall not exceed 10 bags)
