Introduction
It is suitable for the one-bath soaping process of reactive dye dyeing of cotton, rayon, polyester-cotton blends, etc. bluesign certified products, ZDHC certified products.
Characteristics
It can be used for extremely dark colors (red, black) and sensitive colors, and the fastness after treatment is better than ordinary high-temperature soaping.
There is no need to soap after dyeing. After neutralizing the acid, boil hot water at 80℃-90℃x20 minutes. Wash and fix the color.
It effectively avoids creases caused by high-temperature soaping, reduces dyelot chromatism rate, and improves dyeing stability.
Significantly improve water quality.
Compared with conventional process water, it saves 2-5 cylinders of water and saves a lot of water, electricity, steam, time and other costs.
