Water-saving fixing agent for cotton RY-868
Introduction
It is suitable for improving the color fastness of pure cotton and its blended fabrics after dyeing with reactive dyes, direct dyes, etc. bluesign certified products, ZDHC certified products.
Characteristics
The water quality after solidification is basically clear. Compared with the traditional process, it saves multiple washings after soaping, saves 3 to 5 tanks of water, and reduces the discharge of waste water by nearly 30%.
The color fastness after treatment reaches or even exceeds the equivalent color fastness of traditional processes.
After the color fixation treatment, there is no impact on the color light and color depth.
Environmentally friendly product, compliant with EU Oeko-tex100 requirements.
[Carbon Emission] Compared with conventional color fixing agents, RY-868 reduces carbon dioxide emissions by 150kg/1000kg cloth.

Application
Dipping：1.0～2.0%（o.w.f.）
40～50℃×20min→drying and shaping
Padding: 20~30g/L, once impregnation once squeezing → drying (120~160℃)
Before fixing the color, please ensure that the pH value of the fabric is 5.5-6.5.

Storage 6 Months (store in a cool, dry and ventilated place, avoid sunlight, heat and moisture)
