Reducing powder RY-234A
Introduction
An environmentally safe substitute to sodium hydrosulfite. No pungent odor is produced during use, eliminating safety hazards such as sodium hydrosulfite burning when exposed to water and dust flying.
Excellent storage stability
Characteristics
It is suitable for cleaning polyester, acetate and other disperse dyes after dyeing, and can effectively remove unfixed disperse dyes on the fibers.
The washed fabric has good color fastness.
The COD value of the residual liquid after cleaning can be reduced to more than 40%, and it is easy to degrade.
It is used for color stripping of pure cotton fabrics and lightening of polyester fabrics.
Environmentally friendly, safe and stable.
[Carbon Emission] Compared with sodium hydrosulfite for reduction cleaning, RY-234 reduces carbon emissions by about 300kg/1000kg cloth.

Application
Polyester fabric：Reduction cleaning：1.0~2.0g/L，NaOH 1.0g/L
85~90℃×20min→Hot washing → water washing → acid neutralization.
Light peeling and stripping color：0.5～1.5g/L， NaOH 1.5g/L
120～135℃×30～60min→Hot washing → water washing → acid neutralization
Pure cotton fabric：strip color：4.0～7.0g/L，Soda ash 3.0g/L
100℃×30～40min→Hot washing → water washing → mild oxygen bleaching → water washing → deoxygenation → acid neutralization.
Store
Storage 6 Months (stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place, away from sunlight, heat and moisture. The stacking height during warehouse storage shall not exceed 10 bags)
