Introduction
Suitable for cotton, polyester-cotton blended and other reactive dyes dyeing alkali-free, soap-free one-bath process, bluesign certified products, ZDHC certified products.
Characteristics
Special dark (red, black) and sensitive color can be used, after treatment fastness is better than ordinary high temperature soaping process.
There is no need to add alkali during dyeing, soaping is not required after dyeing, and hot water washing at 80 ℃-90 ℃ for 20 minutes after pickling.
Effectively avoid creases caused by high-temperature soaping, reduce the dyelot chromatism rate, and improve dyeing stability.
Significantly improved water quality.
Compared with conventional process water, it saves 2-5 cylinders of water, and saves a lot of water, electricity, steam, time and other costs.
