Dispersed cylinder cleaning agent RY-239
Introduction
It is suitable for removing chemical fiber oligomers, dirt and wall stickies deposited in dyeing equipment and various containers.
It is especially suitable for polyester yarn and fabric to remove oligomers (white powder) in the same bath dyeing, and has the function of cleaning the cylinder.
Characteristics
It has excellent dispersion, solubilization and emulsification performance, and can fully diffuse and dissolve oligomers in aqueous solution.
It has the effect of dispersing and cleaning the floating color, residue and oligomer on the surface of chemical fiber fabric, and prevents the generation of white powder, color point or color spot.
Does not contain formaldehyde, environmentally friendly products.

Application
Cylinder cleaning 1.0~2.0g/L NaOH 1.0~2.0g/L
135 ℃× 40~60min → Wash clean
Polyester dyeing 0.2~0.3g/L (Same bath as dyeing)
Storage
The shelf life is 6 months (store in a cool, dry and ventilated place, avoid sunlight, heat source and humidity. The stacking height shall not exceed 10 bags when stored in the warehouse)
