Introduction
It is suitable for multi-functional processes such as scouring, scouring and bleaching of cellulose fibers and their blended fabrics.
Characteristics
A low-foam kierboiling agent that combines multiple functions such as kierboiling, emulsification, chelation and dispersion, and oxygen bleaching stabilization.
Used in the same bath with desizing enzyme, it can increase the activity of biological enzymes and enhance the washing effect after desizing.
Resistant to hard water, acid, alkali, oxidants and reducing bleach.

Application
Conventional scouring and bleaching：Refining enzyme RY-005B：1.0~2.0g/L
Multifunctional degreasing agent RY-100：0.5~1.0g/L
NaoH(100%)：0.5~1.0g/L(It can be omitted, if added, the texture and Capilary effect will be better)
H2O2(27.5%)：2.0~8.0g/L
98℃×50-60min→washing→acid neutralization
Note: For rayon cotton, it is recommended to drain the liquid at 80-85℃, wash it fully with hot water, and do not add NaoH.
Conventional boiling：Refining enzyme RY-005B：1.0~2.0g/L
Multifunctional degreasing agent RY-100：0.5~1.0g/L
liquor ratio：1:10 85-98℃×30-40min，Drain the liquid and wash thoroughly with hot water
Product stability：If the temperature is higher than 50℃ and pressed for a long time, it will agglomerate, but it will not affect the use.
