Powerful degreasing agent RY-108
Introduction
Used for pre-treatment and same-bath dyeing and degreasing of various fabrics,especially suitable for open-width water washing and degreasing of Brocade ammonia , polyester ammonia fabric.
Characteristics
Suitable for degreasing various fibers, especially for pre-treatment degreasing of polyester and nylon open-width washing.
Super emulsifying and dispersing properties to prevent the oil from back sticking on the cloth surface and cylinder wall.
Excellent oil removal function, extremely low foaming.
It has good anti-re-staining effect and can effectively reduce the occurrence of white spots after dyeing.
It has good auxiliary properties for dye migration，little effect on color shade.

Application
pre-treatment process：Powerful degreasing agent RY-108：0.3-2.0g/L
Chelating disperse agentRY-216A：1.0-2.0g/L
Soda ash/liquid soda：1.0-2.0g/L（as the case may be）
Process：80℃-95℃×20-40min→washing,acid neutralization
Bleaching and degreasing in the same bath process：Powerful degreasing agent RY-108：0.3-1.5g/L
NaoH(solid)：0.5-2.0g/L
H2O2(27.5%)：1.0g/L
Hydrogen peroxide stabilizer：1.0g/L
Process：98℃×50min→washing,acid neutralization
Degreasing and dyeing in the same bath：Powerful degreasing agent RY-108：0.3-1.5g/L
disperse dye：X %
Fine denier leveling agent RY-226：0.3 mL/L
98%HAc：0.3 mL/L
Process：130℃×30 min→washing
