Kierboiling penetranting agent RY-233B
Introduction
It is suitable for natural fibers, chemical fibers and their blended fabrics to improve the permeability and give the fabrics excellent hydrophilicity.
Characteristics
It has excellent rapid wetting and penetration properties under acidic and low-alkali conditions.
Dyeing yarn on cones and hank yarn can reduce the white core phenomenon caused by the difference between the inner and outer layers and improve the dyeing levelness and dye-through properties.
When used in continuous dyeing, it can improve the dyeing penetration and reduce the white core phenomenon.
Used in soft finishing to prevent silicone oil from sticking to the roller and improve the liquid carrying capacity of the fabric.

Conventional scouring and bleaching：penetranting agent RY-233B：0.5-1.0g/L
NaOH（100%）：1.0-2.0g/L
H202（27.5%）：3.0-6.0g/L
98℃×50-60min→washing→acid neutralization
Finishing hydrophilic: penetranting agent RY-233B: 10-25g/L
Padding → drying → shaping 140-180 ℃
Penetration treatment：1.0-2.0g/L
