Washable hygroscopic and quick drying finishing agent RY-2003
Introduction
Is a suitable for polyester, polyester blends, nylon, acetate and spandex fabrics such as moisture absorption fast-drying finishing additives.
Characteristics
Suitable for moisture absorption and quick drying of polyester and its blends, nylon, acetate and spandex fabrics.
Gives the fabric excellent hydrophilicity, moisture absorption and quick drying, antistatic, easy detergency and soft hand.
Good washing resistance, good moisture absorption and quick drying after washing.
It has high temperature resistance and is particularly stable under high temperature conditions. It can be used in the same bath for dyeing.
This product is non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-combustible non-dangerous goods, does not contain formaldehyde, APEO, environmental protection products.

Application
Recommended dosage: Dipping: 2.0-5.0%(o.w.f)
Padding: 20~60g/L,120-180 ℃
Recommended process: Dipping: add RY-2003 first, run at 40 ℃ for 10 min, add dye at 50 ℃ for 10 min, and then heat up for dyeing.
Padding: once impregnation once squeezing → drying (120-180 ℃)

Shelf life of 6 months (stored in a cool, dry, ventilated place, avoid the sun, heat, humidity)
