Wax emulsion RY-5101
Introduction
Cellulose (mainly cotton and linen) and its blends, polyester yarn finishing agent.
Characteristics
The wet waxing of cellulose (mainly cotton and linen thread) and its blended yarn can be used to obtain good lubrication performance.
High affinity for fibers.
A uniformly low coefficient of friction (high surface smoothness) is imparted to the finished yarn.
Good hydrophilicity is imparted to the finished yarn.
Compatible with non-ionic or cationic smoothing agents.
Indicators
Composition: Wax powder is usually a mixture of many different waxes
Appearance: Milky white liquid with blue light
pH: 4.0-6.0(1% aqueous solution)
Ionic Type: Non/Weak cationic
Solubility: easy to disperse in water, can be diluted according to any proportion of soluble in water
Application
Recommended dosage 0.5-1.0g/L(o.w.f)
Recommended process RY-5101 products for use in fresh baths after bleaching or dyeing of yarns
In order to prevent the residual alkali on the textile yarn from affecting the stability of the emulsion, HAc needs to be added and mixed thoroughly before wet waxing.
PH value: 5.0-6.0
Bath processing temperature 40-60℃
Storage
Shelf life of 6 months (stored in a cool, dry, ventilated place, avoid the sun, heat, humidity)
