Introduction
This product is especially suitable for hydrophilic finishing agents for chemical fibers.
Characteristics
It gives the fabric an excellent soft, fluffy, smooth, plump but not sticky feel.
It has excellent hydrophilicity and softness, achieving instant hydrophilicity and good washing resistance.
Good stability, safe and stable application.
Low yellowing and no negative impact on the color light and color fastness of colored fabrics.
Environmentally friendly products, excluding prohibited chemicals. Complies with OTex-100 standards.
Basic Character
Composition：New linear copolymer of polydimethylsiloxane and polycyclic ether.
Appearance：Light yellow transparent or semi transparent liquid
pH Value：4.0-6.0（1%aqueous solution）
Ionic Type：Weak cationic
Solubility：Easily dispersed in water, can be diluted in any proportion and easily soluble in water
Application
Recommended dosage：10-30g/L
0.5%~3.0%(o.w.f)
Recommended process：Padding method: RY-8960 depends on the specific fabric, drying and shaping at 120-180℃ x 30-90 seconds
Dipping method: RY-8960 depends on the specific fabric and fiber, temperature 30-40℃×20 min, dehydration and drying
