Introduction
Suitable for hydrophilic soft finishing of all kinds of textiles.
Characteristics
It is suitable for hydrophilic and soft finishing of all kinds of textiles, especially for soft and wrinkle-resistant finishing of dyeing bath process.
Super stable, resistant to strong acids and alkalis, high temperatures and strong electrolytes, and has good compatibility with most additives such as whitening agents and leveling agents.
Dyeing with the use of bath, giving a better soft, fluffy and delicate smooth feel at the same time, can effectively prevent the fabric in the dyeing of scratches and extrusion creases.
Pre-treatment, printing and dyeing can be used stably in the same bath, greatly compressing the processing process, improving production efficiency and reducing processing costs.
Good hydrophilicity and washability, low yellowing, suitable for white and light colored fabrics.
This product is non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-combustible non-dangerous goods, does not contain formaldehyde, APEO, environmentally friendly products.

Application
Recommended amount of 1.0~5.0 (depending on the specific fabric and customer requirements)
Recommended process: Padding method: Dyeing in the same bath process: first add ultra-stable silicone oil RY-8205 into the dye vat
Run for 10~20min below normal temperature → add dyes and other auxiliaries and run for 10min at 50 ℃ → heat up dyeing
Padding process: once impregnation once squeezing or twice impregnation twice squeezing, the liquid carrying rate is 70~85%
Drying, shaping 120-190 ℃ × 30-90 seconds
Storage
Shelf life of 6 months (stored in a cool, dry, ventilated place, avoid the sun, heat, humidity)
